What we collect
To run your membership we store your email, name, phone number, and your booking history (dates, rows, umbrella numbers, and party sizes). Entry codes are opaque tokens tied to a booking and carry no personal data inside them.
Why we use it
Your data is used only to operate the club: verifying membership, enforcing fair booking limits, generating your entry pass, and letting gate staff confirm entry. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
You can see your own profile and bookings. Gate staff see only what a scan returns — your name, row, umbrella, and party size — at the moment of entry. Club admins can view membership and daily attendance to run the beach. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your profile, bookings, and entry codes. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before rotating out.
