How it works

Sign up & request membership
Create your account, add your name and phone, and request membership in a tap.
STEP 02
Get activated by the club
An admin confirms your membership with an expiry date. You'll see your status turn active.
STEP 03
Book, get your QR, arrive
Pick a date, row and umbrella, add guests, and your single-use QR appears instantly.
Fair by design
The rules live on the server, not the honour system.
Every quota and rotation check is enforced inside the database. The app only mirrors them — so no one can slip past the limits, and the best rows rotate fairly across the membership.
Daily
One umbrella per member, per day.
Weekly
Up to 3 bookings a week (Sat → Fri).
Rotation
The same row can't repeat within a week.
Monthly
Max 4 bookings in the same row per month.
